Trilogy, Flora Springs' proprietary red table wine, is generally a blend of equal proportions of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with approximately 15%-17% Cabernet Franc included. With its curranty, cedary, tobacco-like sweetness and ripeness, Trilogy may be the Napa Valley wine that most recalls certain St.-Emilions. Approximately 3,500-4,000 cases of this wine are made in a top vintage. The 1995 Trilogy (44% Merlot, 39% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 17% Cabernet Franc) is a spicy, Medoc-styled wine with medium to full body, excellent spice and richness, as well as an overall sense of elegance and equilibrium. It is a delicious wine to drink now and over the next 15+ years.
