Although the 1991 Ermitage Cuvee de l'Oree should turn out to be compelling, the bouquet has shut down. The wine is full-bodied and stunningly rich, with a tight but promising nose of honey, peach blossom, acacia flower, and mineral scents. Unctuously textured, thick, rich, chewy flavors are buttressed by high acidity. The finish lasts for up to a minute.

Has shut down. Did not open up much after hours in the glass. Try much further down the road.

Golden. On the nose it shows acacia honey, apricot, jasmine. Wonderful on the palate, showing very long butter notes.
