More Vintages and Sizes of Dunn - Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley:
Author: Robert Parker
Consumers may be shocked by how tough, tannic, and backward the 1991 Napa Cabernet tastes. It possesses Dunn's wonderfully pure, rich, blackcurrant flavors, as well as length, intensity, and full body. Yet the tannin levels in this tight wine are formidable. Do not touch a bottle for at least 5-6 years.

Despite its deep color, firm tannins and fruit concentration, this is still rough-and-tumble, with earthy, oaky flavors that override the backward berry and currant notes. 2,100 cases made.
