($52) Pale gold. Enticing aromas of apple, lemon and toasted hazelnut. Fresh, penetrating, intensely flavored and quite fine, with superb acidity giving the wine terrific cut. Lovely nutty complexity in the mouth. Still young on the long, vibrant finish.

A highly successful Champagne, where finesse and richness go hand in hand in excellent fashion. Hazelnut, white chocolate, honey, licorice, and a hint of oak are found in this refreshing and clearly youthful taste. Brilliant winemaking!
