Decanted for 1 hour. This wine exhibited a dark ruby/garnet color. On the nose, aromas of dark cherry cobbler, blackberries, raspberries and plum were complemented by notes of vanilla, licorice and hints of earth. On the palate, flavors of dark cherries, raspberries and blackberries were complemented by notes of spice and earthiness. The fruit definitely tasted fresh still and I can still see this going strong for another
