Tasted at the Acker BYOB. Dark fruits and spices. This is the youngest this wine should be drunk and my impression has definitely improved with this bottle.

Rich and almost sweet cabernet fruit. Even with 20% sangiovese I wouldn't have guessed it. None of the dustiness I've come to expect. A bit too young still? Not sure. Certainly not a bad wine by any stretch, just a bit boring.....

still has years to go. initially closed , continually improving throughout the night . Balanced and structured. lots of complexity
