Georges Roumier married his way into some of the best vineyard holdings in the Cote d'Or, back in 1924. He gained a wife from Chambolle and the vineyards as part of the dowry. Vertical Tasting of 18 Roumier Bonnes Mares from Steven Tanzers Cellar with Steve, sponsored by Acker Merrill at Toqueville. Reminds you of what a great vintage 1990 was for Burgundy. Flat out gorgeous and made me run home and buy more 90 Bonnes Mares
