Hong Kong Shipping and delivery

All shipping and delivery fees to any Hong Kong address are included in the price of the wine.

In-warehouse orders

Wine ordered on the HK site by 18:00 Friday HK time (other than statutory U.S. or HK holidays) is automatically delivered the week after it is ordered (for "in warehouse" wine).

Pre-arrival orders

Wine ordered that is on pre-arrival will be shipped the week after it is received in our warehouse. You will receive an email when your wine arrives in our warehouse so that you may anticipate a delivery the following week.  If you are not prepared to receive delivery of wine in this timeframe, we recommend that you place your order on our U.S. site where you have the option of storing your wine in our temperature-controlled warehouse and shipping at a convenient time.

Shipping

All wine is air-freighted by Fedex 3-day priority service from San Francisco in Styrofoam insulated boxes within larger cargo containers in constant-temperature portions of the aircraft.  Upon arrival, it is automatically transferred to a temperature-controlled warehouse at Kerry Logistics and scheduled for delivery as early as the following day.

Delivery

Delivery is handled by Kerry Logistics in temperature-controlled vehicles. A representative from Kerry will contact you to schedule delivery. Normal deliveries may be made between 9:00-18:00, Monday-Saturday (other than statutory holidays). A US$15 fee (about HK$116) fee will apply for deliveries after 18:00, for time-specified deliveries within a 3 hour range, or for failed deliveries (see below).

An adult signature is always required upon delivery as proof of receipt.

If nobody is available to receive and sign for the delivery as scheduled, the wine shall remain in Kerry’s temperature-controlled vans until the end of the day when it returns to their temperature-controlled facility.

Short term storage

Wine may be held in Kerry’s air-conditioned warehouse for up to a week without incurring additional charges. After a week, you will be charged US$5 (about HK$39) per case or partial case for the first full or partial month.  After a month in storage, your purchase will be cancelled and you will be refunded less storage charges and a 20% restocking fee.
