When is my wine available?
Your in-stock wine purchases
In-stock orders (where your purchase is already at our warehouse) placed before 12 noon (Pacific time)
on a business day will be available for shipment, warehouse pick-up, or delivery by 3 pm the same day.
In-stock orders placed after 12 noon on any day (or on the weekend) will be available by 3 pm of the next business day.
Your wine in our storage facility
- For 12 or fewer unique wines, requests received by noon on a business day will be available for shipment, warehouse pick-up, or delivery by 3 p.m. the following business day.
- For more than 12 unique wines, 2 or more business days notice is required for shipment, warehouse pick-up, or delivery.
Your wine on pre-arrival
You may check the wine you have on pre-arrival by going to your
VinCellar account and clicking on the pre-arrival tab.
Each wine ordered from Vinfolio has an estimated date of arrival.
Occasionally, logistical delays beyond our control occur which push
the actual delivery date beyond these original estimates.

but please feel free to call Customer Service if you have questions.
Once it arrives it is added to storage automatically and you are notified by email.
