When is My Wine Available?

Your In-Warehouse Wine Purchases

In-warehouse orders placed before 11am PST on a business day will be available for shipment or delivery after 3pm the same day.

In-warehouse orders placed after 11am PST on any day will be available for shipment or delivery by 3pm of the next business day.

• Same day pick-ups
  Available for Retail Orders of in-stock wine placed before 11am PST.
• American Canyon
  Monday-Friday: 3pm to 5pm PST (5pm to 6pm PST by appointment)
• San Francisco
  Same day pick-ups are not available in San Francisco.

If you would like to pick up your wine at our San Francisco office and your order is placed before 11:00am PST, it will be available the next business day between 9am and 5pm PST or by appointment between 5pm and 6pm PST depending on the quantity.

*Certain limitations based on order size do apply. Available pick-up dates and times are displayed during check out. Maximum number of wine available for pick-up at our San Francisco facility is one pallet.

Your Wine in our American Canyon Storage Facility

• For 12 or fewer unique wines, requests received by 11am PST on a business day will be available for shipment or warehouse pick-up by 3pm the following business day.
• For more than 12 unique wines, 2 or more business days notice is required for shipment or warehouse pick-up. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-969-1961 for requests involving more than 48 wines.
• If you would like to have your wine delivered, requests must be made two business days in advance of requested delivery date. Please note that first available delivery date may vary depending on the quantity to be delivered.

Your Wine on Pre-arrival

You may check the wine you have on pre-arrival by going to your VinCellar account and clicking on the pre-arrival tab. Each wine ordered from Vinfolio has an estimated date of arrival. Occasionally, logistical delays beyond our control occur which push the actual delivery date beyond these original estimates. Your wine is guaranteed but please feel free to call Customer Service if you have questions. Once it arrives it is added to storage automatically and you are notified by email.
