Pick-up services using our vans

We use refrigerated, insulated commercial cargo vans kept at 55°F. All wine is brought to our storage facility. Our service area using our vans is the San Francisco Bay Area and Napa/Sonoma counties and temperature-controlled freight forwarders can generally be used from elsewhere in the U.S. Pick-ups and optional packing services must be scheduled at least a full business day in advance. Wine in transit via our vans is fully insured for up to $1,000,000 at no charge. (Additional coverage is available).

Initiating a Pick-up

To schedule, do one of the following:

  • Use the Move Wine wizard in Vincellar to select wine and the method of pick-up.
  • Send an email to service@vinfolio.com

Processing of Inbound Wine

Regardless of the method by which your wine arrives at our storage facility, it will be processed according to our standard procedures.

Pick-up Fees

$10.00 per carton for a van pick-up (see free options on the right). Packing services on-pick-up are $5.00 per carton (any size) plus the cost of any cardboard storage boxes (see storage box fees). Freight forwarding services are quoted separately.
