Wine is located in Vinfolio’s U.S. temperature-controlled warehouse. If wine ordered is on pre-arrival, it will go through our U.S. warehouse before being shipped to you in Hong Kong.

The prices on the website are in U.S. dollars with the estimated price in Hong Kong dollars. If you use a HK S credit card, your issuing bank will convert the U.S. $ charge to HK $.

All shipping and delivery costs are inclusive in the cost of your wine.

For in-warehouse orders placed before 18:00 HKT on Friday (other than statutory holidays in the U.S. or Hong Kong), wine will be delivered the following week. Standard delivery times are 9:00 - 18:00 HKT Monday to Saturday (other than statutory holidays). 

Wine ordered that is on pre-arrival will be shipped the week after it is received in our warehouse. You will receive an email when your wine arrives in our warehouse so that you may anticipate a delivery the following week.

No, all orders on vinfolio.hk are shipped the Friday after the order is placed (except in the case of statutory holidays in the U.S. or Hong Kong) with delivery scheduled the following week. If you are not prepared to receive delivery of wine in this timeframe, we recommend that you place your order on our U.S. site where you have the option of storing your wine in our U.S. temperature-controlled warehouse and shipping at a convenient time. No. All orders placed on vinfolio.hk are inclusive of shipping and delivery to Hong Kong. You may place your order on our U.S. site where you have the option of scheduling delivery to alternate locations.

Shipments placed before 18:00 HKT on Friday will be delivered the following week. If you make multiple purchases in this timeframe, orders will be delivered at the same time. If you place orders in different weeks, they will be shipped separately.

All wine is air-freighted by Fedex 3-day priority service from San Francisco in Styrofoam insulated boxes within larger cargo containers in constant-temperature portions of the aircraft.

Standard delivery times are 9:00 - 18:00 HKT Monday to Saturday (other than statutory holidays). An adult signature is required for delivery. A US$15 fee (about HK$116) fee will apply for deliveries after 18:00, for time-specified deliveries within a 3 hour range, or for failed deliveries.
