Fine wine, finer service.Beth brings a wealth of professional and personal experience to her role as Vinfolio's Director of Customer Service. Most recently, as Head of Consumer Services for Nestle USA, Beth lead a team of 200+, developing and implementing creative new programs, with an emphasis on efficiency and technology, to successfully meet the needs of clients. Prior to her tenure with Nestle, she served as Acting Director of Worldwide Consumer Affairs for Mattel, Inc, where she oversaw international customer service, including the creation and management of Mattel's first-ever Customer Service web site, among her many other responsibilities. In 2008, Beth added to her already impressive resume an MBA from Pepperdine University, where she focused on general management, strategy, and leadership.
Beyond these high level professional positions, Beth is viewed as an expert in her profession, speaking at numerous conference events, has been a frequent guest lecturer at CSU Northridge and in 2008 served as Chairman of the Board of SOCAP International (Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals), an organization with which she has been involved at the international and chapter level since 1996. Needless to say, Beth is also a wine enthusiast, with a special love for the Napa Valley.
