Stephen Bachmann: A Profile

When investment banking left him bottled up Steve Bachmann uncorked his true passion...the world of wine. The 45-year-old entrepreneur launched Vinfolio in 2003, a turnkey, white-glove wine store that does everything for the serious collector as well as avid wine enthusiast - from buying, selling and cellar management to more in-depth collector services. Having just relaunched a more dynamic version of www.vinfolio.com, Bachmann always keeps a keen eye on improving the offerings of his company. At home in San Francisco, Bachmann shares his views on all things vinous, coconuts and seven stranded castaways.
